First Annual International Symposium on Intellectual Property Rights and Development of SMEs.-2020, aims to provide a platform to bring researchers, technocrats, academics, engineers and industry professionals to share knowledge and research contribution in intellectual property rights and surrounding areas from various countries on one single platform. The Major aim of this webinar is to provide a knowledge platform for researchers, scientists, academicians, engineers and industry professionals to discuss the issues currently facing and to identify new issues and challenges to shape future directions for research in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Development of polices.
First Annual International Symposium on Intellectual Property Rights and Development of SMEs-2020is an initiative further aimed at providing a forum for teachers and researchers studying and writing on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Innovation related topicsand connect all those interested in International Law and Comparative Law on IPR to engage in research projects related to IPR and Innovation topics; to support and promote the research of young scholars; to facilitate the collaboration between academics, researchers and industry professionals interested in IPR and Innovation-related topics with international organizations, national governments, and NGOs; to promote policy-oriented discussion involving officials and stakeholders, with a focus on innovation, sustainable development, and economic growth of SMEs.
In this respect,NIMSME initiated the organization of the Annual International Symposium on Intellectual Property Rights and Development of SMEs., in collaboration with I-WIN IP SERVICES, and other international organizations, as well as the facilitation of national workshops on topics of national and regional interest.
First Annual International Symposium on Intellectual Property Rights and Development of SMEs-2020 is scheduled to be held from 28th August 2020 till 30th August 2020.
First Annual International Symposium on Intellectual Property Rights and Development of SMEs-2020is intended to provide a common platform to researchers, technocrats, academics, engineers, industry professionals, scientistsand the scholars in frontline evolutionary and challenging fields. The foremost objective is to create a networking stage for intellectuals, to exchange their ideas and findings for policy development in IPR to benefit society. It is expected to bring the global researcher community together for knowledge sharing, innovation, and technological achievements. Authors are solicited to contribute to the webinar by submitting quality articles that illustrate research results, projectsand industrial experiences that describe significant advances in the following areas, but are not limited to:

Academics and researchers who are interested in presenting at theFirst Annual International Symposium on Intellectual Property Rights and Development of SMEs -2020 can submit the request to present by responding to this Call for Papers.
The organizers welcome submissions by senior, mid-career, and junior academics, researchers, technocrats, engineers, industry professionals, scientists and the scholars. Submissions from a variety of disciplines, including legal scholars, economists, sociologists, scholars from the humanities, etc., are encouraged. All scholars writing on topics related to IP law-related issues in international law, and comparative law are welcome to apply.

Academics and researchers who are interested in presenting at the First Annual International Symposium on Intellectual Property Rights and Development of SMEs -2020 should email the following information at the email address intlwebinar@gmail.com .
- A title and short abstract of the paper or work-in-progress (500 words or less) submitted to present as a Word or PDF attachment. The submission should be in English.
- The academic/Professional affiliation, including a short bio (200 words or less) as Word or PDF attachment. A recent picture as part of the bio.
- Please indicate “Submission for First Annual International Symposium on Intellectual Property Rights and Development of SMEs -2020 ” in the email subject line.
Conference Schedule
First Annual International Symposium on Intellectual Property Rights and Development of SMEs -2020 will start with inaugural ceremony on Friday, 28 August 2020, at 9 a.m., and continue until 6.30 p.m with appropriate tea and lunch breaks. The Webinar will resume on Saturday, 29 August 2020, at 9 a.m., and continue until 6.30 p.m. (inclusive of tea and lunch breaks). And on Sunday 30th August 2020 it started at 9 a.m and there will be valedictory to conclude the Conference.
We plan that each presenter shall have 30 minutes for the presentation and comments/questions from the audience. We encourage participants to reserve a considerable amount of time for comments/questions in order to benefit from them. All presenters are strongly encouraged to attend the whole Conference (i.e. Friday till Sunday).
In addition to parallel sessions, the First Annual International Symposium on Intellectual Property Rights and Development of SMEs -2020 will feature keynote speakers and plenary panels with senior scholars, officials from international organizations, and policymakers.
